Kam Sang - Scarborough

Enjoy our visit here, was recommended by hotel owners, we were very satisfied with eating and service.

My own and my partner regularly collect takeaways from the came sang resteraunt and eat in the resteraunt as well. tonight we picked up a farewell, came home and the resteraunt had the order wrong. we called the resteraunt and the man on the phone tried to tell us we ordered simple chow my and not chicken chow mine. we have politely said that we always order chicken meat, and it must have been a problem at its end. he was afraid we ordered a simple chow. we then proceeded to get a menu from the draw home and realized simple chow my does not even exist on the menu (as we could have and why we would have ordered it!.) we cried back the resteraunt and got the owner this time on the phone (again, we know that this is the owner because we are descendants.) he tried to sue us that we are the rest of the people. then he said he couldn't find a ticket or a trace of our order. I explained that I had the entrance before me and told him time of transaction, etc., and said they had got our order wrong. he once again told me he couldn't find the ticket and then ung up on me. I mean, I'm speechless. what absolutely terrible customer service and the height of restlessness, to anyone let alone regular customers who have spent the years have good hard earned money in came sang. Last time we visited the quality of eating, it was not as good as it is in the rule, but we thought we would try it again today, as they might have a day off." But after that we will never return. I'd rather spend my money everywhere if I go forward. I was never hanged by a business where they spent their hard-earned money for years at the end, and especially by the owner. Wow. only to prove to the owner when you read that we ordered from you when you claimed that we didn't. please see the attached photo.

Quick service, great food. The staff were amazing, whilst waiting for our take-away they made us feel very welcome and laugh so much. Food was incredible. Thank you to the host !

Had a lovely meal here on Saturday Night (12th March). Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Food was amazing. Prawn crackers are the best.

This place is a must !!! The staff are helpful the food is so delicious not greasy at all which some chinese restaurants can be, we went off Tripadvisor ratings and so glad we did, we would 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone you definitely...wont be disappointed. 10/10 Top Marks !!!!
