Visit this place almost everyday, love the vibe, and service. Always tasty.

The place was really dirty and a lot of the staff was really disrespectful and got our small order wrong when it was not even busy.the food was not good either at this location they changed the order.

I wish I can give a lower score. My order was completely wrong, I asked for a cold brew but the worker made me an iced coffee. After that incident, her working attitude changed towards my family. She didn't even add Oreos in my drink and even threw the straw at me when I asked her for one

Sunday 23 July 2023.At 10:50 AM.I paid for 2 everything croissants and they gave me only the bread without anything . I tried to ask an explanation , and they ignored me, very, very rude that Indian girls were very unprofessional behave , she has not customer service knowledge.Be CAREFUL. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS LOCATION.

This Coffee store overcharges customers! It is already the second time I got overcharged at this store. I bought an iced Coffee medium today, got charged $3.66, didn't give me the receipt, handed me the iced coffee without even a straw. After I got home, I checked their price list online, medium iced coffee is only $2.58 after tax, which means they overchaged me $1.07! If they do this to many customers a day, how much money they actually steal from customers per day??? I definitely won't overlook this issue this time and will call them tomorrow about this. And I definitely won't visit this store anymore because they are not honest!!!
