Ordered a drink off the mobile app and came to pick it up 10 mins later… i was waiting at the mobile pick up station because they usually don’t ask me if i’m picking up an order…(i just take it from the counter) so i waited as multiple in house customers were getting their drinks…hoping that mine would come soon. it was moderately busy so i waited… after 20 mins of waiting, i told the cashier that i was picking up a mobile order… she said it was in the process.. so i’m like okay… then they have gave me someone else’s order. i told them when it was placed like 20 mins ago …and they said someone else took my order… so i had to wait an additional 5-6 minutes for an order i placed almost half an hour ago.. i got my drink filled to the top but otherwise i suggest you guys really start asking mobile pick up customers what their order is instead of leaving us stranded and telling us our order is being made without even knowing which order we are waiting for, completely wasting our time…i hope management can do something about this.

The products are high quality/delicious. The customer service is not!When I try to call, I either get put on hold until I have to call again, or they don't pick up at all. The manager there (older Asian lady) advised me that they never pick up the phone. I am unable to use the app because I can't remove an option from the menu choices that causes me an allergic reaction and phoning in is one of the only options, or wait in a long line up for service. So when I used the app, I would have to race to get to the location before they make my order, but I don't get there on time, and they have to make a new drink, wasting their products because they don't bother picking up the phone! Then of course, I get attitude from them for the inconvenience! LOLI find this to be completely unprofessional behaviour, as I have also worked in the restaurant industry and this would never fly!
Adjacent to Indigo book store. Very well located. Staff is trained and knows what they are doing.Kid-friendliness: In the same building as Indigo kids.
