Remezzo Italian Bistro - Scarborough

Horrible. We were in the area and decided to visit based on Google search. The decor is dated circa 1970s, chairs are sticky, AC not working in our section, there is carpet everywhere.

Waitress Marietta seemed miserable. Did not check on us during meal. Had to ask for water. Was not offered dessert and coffee. Will never sit in her section again. Spending $100.00 for dinner for 2, you would think the staff could at least try to be pleasant.

I live in Toronto and I go to the theatre nearby once a month. We go to Remezzo because we like the food. There is a wide variety to choose from for people with different dietary restrictions. The servers are friendly and great. Sometimes we have waited a long time for our food. We were told that our order just went in but we had ordered a while ago. If they clear up this problem we would love it.

110% dysfunctional restaurant, we had ordered a few appetizers and main course at the same time. We waited more than 20 mins for our appetizers and upon tasting it, it tasted like garbage, Kitchen staff has no knowledge or quality care of their appetizers, than waited more than 30 mins for our main course that never arrived, we decided to leave after an unpleasant conversation with management they agreed to void our entire bill. Strongly advice avoid this restaurant at all cost

I ordered 3 dishes from this restaurant. Tortellini, Tiramisu and Angel -Hair Aglio Olio solely based on the 4.5 star review. And I gotta say, the food was absolutely terrible. I am usually the type of person to love all types of food. I love Chinese, Indian, Greek and Mexican food. This is an absolute disgrace to the Italian cuisine. I will give you a great tip, do not buy from this restaurant, don't waste your money. This review is dated on March 2nd of 2021. Trust me, do yourself a favour.
