Red Lobster Scarborough

We ordered steak and lobster dish for two, and she ordered 2 cocktail drinks, most everything was good except the steaks were WAY too salty, even after the manager had a new one prepared supposedly with no salt added, it was still inedible...AND both cocktails seemed to have almost zero alcohol content at all, not good. Management was very accommodating and we felt horrible to complain, but $140 meal you'd expect it to at least be good, lol. Manager took $40 off the bill for us which was appreciative at least, needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this restaurant again

Your Maitre D and server were excellent and professional. They were extremely attentive and diligent. Congrats to your training team. I have not been to Red Lobster for a while but have been there on Sept 27 and Oct 9. Thank s for a wonderful evening

Nazy provided excellent service. Shrimp and crab were very tasty.

Considering the high prices we paid we were disappointed in the quality of the food. The flesh in the lobster tail was recessed, not plump/fleshy, seeming like it had been previously frozen, not fresh. But, maybe quality in food was lacking due to insufficient kitchen staff hired?

Food was poor and prices have skyrocketed beyond reason. I noted that it was our anniversary on the reservation. It was totally ignored. Only chocolate desserts were offered by the server. I do not eat chocolate. There is usually a large group of diners waiting to be seated on a Saturday night. Tonight, no one was waiting. Red Lobster had no lobsters, nor baked potatoes and who knows what else. The place felt like it was dying.
