New York Fries - Scarborough

I wanted to try the poutine with cheese sauce and bacon bits. I ordered the large serving and found it to be quite tasty, but it was a bit much for one person. I wish I had someone to share it with as there was plenty to go around.

I absolutely love fries, they are my favorite food. A good fry has to be fresh cut and double fried, with a bit of skin for extra flavor. New York Fries, despite being a chain, makes some of the best fries I have ever had. I used to indulge in them when I was pregnant, don't judge! I appreciate that they use sunflower oil instead of vegetable or canola. If you're craving fries, definitely give them a try and don't forget to add some gravy!

The waitress claimed that we had requested cheese, even though we hadn't. Despite the mix-up, we received our correct order and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries were perfectly cooked and not soggy, and the toppings were delicious. We would definitely eat here again, despite the confusion with the servers.
