The new sandwich was incredibly disappointing—definitely the worst I've ever had. You'd be better off enjoying the ghost pepper McChicken instead!

As an experienced food critic with a background in customer service, I must say that the service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. Instead of being welcomed with friendly smiles, I am often met with unfriendly glares from staff who seem unhappy. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that makes me anxious every time I visit. It feels as though the employees harbor a dislike for customers, which likely contributes to the restaurant's poor performance. I urge management to hire more personable staff; if someone is unhappy in their role, it might be worth considering a change. A warm welcome can make all the difference in a dining experience.

I gave the restaurant four stars because I didn't get a chance to check the cleanliness of the restroom. Four stars reflect not only the pleasant and clean atmosphere but also the excellent service. I arrived around 4:30 PM on a weeknight, and I was the only customer at the time. It might get busy during rush hours and on weekends. Also, keep in mind that it's a small plaza with limited parking, shared with Tim Hortons, KFC, Pizza Hut, and M&M. So, drive slowly and stay safe, especially since about 80% of the parking spots were already filled before 5 PM on weeknights.

I wasn't allowed to use coupons because I had already used one. I mentioned that I could have my girlfriend purchase her own meal, and then they agreed to let me use the coupon.

The service was extremely slow. I was really disappointed to wait 20 minutes for a burger on a Monday afternoon.
