Harvey's - Scarborough

They never answer the phone, and on DoorDash, there 's no option to write notes. What 's the point of having a phone if you 're never going to answer it? The customer service is horrendous. I will not recommend this restaurant. Additionally, today I ordered buffalo chicken poutine, and there was hardly any chicken in it.

Foods are very overcooked. Service time is ok. Environment is tidy and clean.

Swiss Chalet is too expensive now! $35 for 2 quarter-chickens? I can get a family meal for under $30

Unlike McDonald's, these people gave me a cup of ice water without a hassle.Thank the heavens for Harveys!
