I ordered a fairly larger meal consisting of a bombay huh, spicy garlic, two fried spicy calamari, ananas chicken and shanghai chicken noodles as well as a few drinks on the side. when I delivered the food, it was missing from my drinks that upset me because I had ordered for the guests and now I had nothing to serve them. Moreover, the calamari was as cheeky as he was fried in such a THICK layer of a battery! No, where it was on the distribution, it was broken. I found this extremely misleading, as the photos were missing. but at the moment I could only deal with my missing articles. So I called the van and he informed me that the restaurant didn't even give him drinks. So I called the restaurant, hoping to solve it. the man who answered really had no care what I wanted. I just wanted my things so I and my guests could enjoy our food. he told me there's nothing he can do when he didn't treat my order. I didn't tell him to worry, someone can get me my drinks. he told me no again, instead, that I would display on the app I did not get and then order again. or important! order again so that I can charge another delivery fee and more for a mistake in their restaurant. I asked myself to talk to a manager, he told me there was no one. (how comfortable in the middle of the day nobody was to manage her personal) Now I was annoying, he was really not interested and just wanted to get off the phone. So I said I'm really dissatisfied with the service I get. they know what he told me, he said when they're dissatisfied, then a review of what I'm doing. I read the many reviews before me and a majority of them said that this place had great customer service and eating. after this experience I will never buy from this place, it doesn't matter to them. they just want your money. they are nothing but despair and these. I do not recommend to feed them here.
#Halal Restaurant. Food is acceptable but not 5*. Like the fried rice and chicken items. Didn’t like the beef dish. Ohh , Thai Soup was really good. Will go again for thai soup. Environment was nice.
Taste-free eating that tasted like water, and the server took it on itself to add the gratitude. gratuity is a choice, not something they can add on the bill without asking the customers. the happiness is also a problem at the location erin mills and why I could not eat there anymore. I worked in the service industry and never stiff people on tapps, but I don't want to tap. finished with the hakka legendary franchise.
Excellent customer service, good clean environment, convenient location. we ordered dry okra, cool chicken, Bollywood clothing, bombay garnelen with veggie noodles. the spice was perfect and each dish had its own taste. highly recommended if they are looking for a higher ende hakka restaurant.
Visited after a long time.Very disappointed. Food was below average quality. Don't mind the cost but the portions for each dish were very small. What bothered me the most was the hidden service charge on the bill. When asked, was told it was tip for waiters. Okay fine. Full respect to waiters.But why ask for tip again when paying?I have one simple rule. I avoid places that are dishonest and sneeky with clients and I give them one chance.
