McDonald's - Scarborough

Never had a good customer service experience. the chips are always cold! even if they ask for fresh chips. it is rare that they are meal is right, otherwise they are burger have no sose or drop into them. I have a family box and none of my family members wanted to eat something. what is important is that no one can recognize when food must be thrown away and fresh food is cooked. not recommended, I am local and was here many times and can say it will save them just to drive to another maccas honestly.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. I will not be returning and will be sure to tell others about my experience.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The self-service machine was frozen and no staff members assisted us. We received the wrong order, including a frappe, 4 straws, and 24 chicken nuggets instead of what we actually ordered. The items we did receive were not what we asked for and were charged incorrectly. The drinks and equipment were dirty and not working properly. Overall, the experience was disappointing and took too long. I am not satisfied with my visit.

Self-service machine does not work any milkshakes or frozen drinks worked chips were cold and we got 4 straw, but no drinks we ordered 2 drinks they took us for 4 it took forever to get the food and my child said the playground...has a really loud noise

Worst McDonalds experience of my life! The place was filthy, the service was sooooo slow and the food was cold, dry, and nasty!
