When asked if we had to wait a long time we were told that ours were in the next batch, i.e. another 15/20 minutes. We get up and go to the cash register to pay for the drinks, without any explanation and very coldly. I'm just saying that instead of responding ironically to negative reviews, you should try to do your job in a professional manner... Coming from a person who has been doing this job for 35 years.
