Kfc - Sayre

COLD fries yuck! Waited 20 minutes past pick up time. No sauces, no butter, no napkins. These fries were dead long before I ordered them. Like dry, cold strips of leather.

My bill was 60.00. My daughter and I both told the cashier that we did not want any wings, but to substitute thighs for the wings, the manager was right there and also heard this request. She verbally confirmed she heard. The manager filled our order, but guess what!!!!! FIVE, COUNT EM!!! 5 WINGS IN THE BUCKET. IM NOT!!! A HAPPY CUSTOMER OF THE KFC IN SAYRE.

Employees seemed happy to work there they sang and talked but very little true customer service. I check my bag just to count the items and had to wait for 2 they left out. Then got home and actually opened a meal and had another item missing. Always a wait... and the food is never worth the cost.

Was good. Got a bucket of chicken and 3 sides to go.

It?s been 20 minutes since I placed my order and I?ve moved exactly one car from the microphone to order. If you can?t provide even mediocre service at a decent speed you can?t really operate or call yourself ?fast food?. This is egregious.
