Greenhouse Market Cafe - Sayre

I found this place through a quick Google search while driving west in New York, and I'm so glad I stopped based on the reviews and name. It turned out to be one of my best decisions! The food and coffee were excellent—full of flavor with some interesting options. I appreciated the focus on local ingredients, which was a big plus for me. The waitress was also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. (P.S. Don’t forget to pay it forward at the counter when you park!)

I was really disappointed when I missed breakfast, but then I tried the brunch instead, and it was a game changer! I had a dish called the Haystack, and I’d never had anything like it before. I was genuinely surprised when I took my first bite and couldn’t believe how tender it was— I had to check if it was actually meat! Each bite was so delicious that I couldn't help but roll my eyes back in delight. Normally, I don’t pay much attention to fries, but these were exceptional. They had the perfect texture and flavor. I didn’t want anything else on my plate; it was just that good!

Absolutely delicious fresh food! The breakfast is outstanding, and the staff is friendly, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The gluten-free pancakes and sweet potatoes were incredible. This place is a true haven for both vegans and non-vegans. I just wish it had longer hours, but you can't have it all!

Very good healthy food in this cafe. As people have mentioned, it is not your average menu, but it is all healthy local products and meat. You don't make you feel like an inflated fat body. Homemade soups are always good here. If you are in gluten-free foods, they are able to offer everything gluten-free. All this comes with a price, it is not the cheapest place to eat. But for what they offer and support a local business it is well worth every penny.

Went to breakfast here with my dad while I was in town for the weekend. One of the best breakfast places in the Valley hands down. Food is fresh and locally sourced and you can tell. I got the brisket hash which was really tender and a slice of their raisin butter French toast. My new favorite breakfast place in the Valley!
