This restaurant is about 30 minutes' drive from Vetroz, located in the valley. Very narrow, steep streets past apricots and apple orchards. A very nice evening ride, and I'm sure it would have been more beautiful the day. Very rustic, very... No concerns. Almost cash. This is seating outdoors and indoors, and I would say the inner life is a bit cramped, but not excessive. The service was very pleasant, but unfortunately the server limited inability. The aperol splash was beautiful, but there were some unknowns dealing with the Raklet. I just know because the owner had to come and save the poor girl. I can say I'm not a fan of Raklet. I gave him a complete tasting to have eaten a whole meal. I enjoy the Aperol splash. I could have worn the somewhat used look and the feeling of the place, the less than competent server, and the cramped setting if we were not loaded E49 for each record. Of course, I'm not an expert, but it just seemed exaggerated to consider everything nearby.
This restaurant and bar are very popular with locals. It's back in the mountains and in a pretty spot. Only the adventurous tourists find this place. All year round, the kitchen is excellent and adapts every season... according to the availability of local products and wines. The facility is operated by a local family and they are always happy to welcome guests and take time to make you home. There are many events during the year in the restaurant such as the local Olympics, music festival and Oktoberfest and of course the famous hunting season as well as as asparagus season to mention, but some of the fantastic seasonal dishes offered.
