The menus are developed according to local availability and supply, so the products are fresh and from the corner, a real plus. Beef fillet with death trumpets, bites and sauce, heart of sturgeon net, grondin fillet, Saint-Jacques bisque, accompanied by their excellent little vegetables! A feast, a perfect mastery of cooking, my compliments to the chef! And I’m not talking about dessert, I unfortunately couldn’t taste the passion-cococo because you had to make a choice, but the destructed lemon pie was a delight. Little more for the local tisane I strongly recommend to help digest all its good PS things: The atmosphere music came a little late, but once present, it made the atmosphere more warm!
