Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The chicken and fries were hot and fresh, but the toast was extremely hard. The waitress was friendly. This was the first time I had a slight complaint about this restaurant. However, I had to deduct a star because the toast is an important part of the meal.

My first experience at Zaxby's was not good. We went through the drive-thru and asked about the Southern TLC sandwich, but they were out. So we then ordered the signature sandwich. After placing our order, we were told to pull up to the window. Once there, we were informed that they only had grilled chicken left and not the sandwiches we wanted. Coming all the way from Pennsylvania and never having been to a Zaxby's before, we were left disappointed and uncertain if we will ever visit one again.

The wings were disappointingly small, but we really enjoyed the variety of sauces available. Our favorite dish was the fried mushrooms, which were generously portioned.

Staff not very friendly, from sweet tee, ordered a 6-piece delicate eating opened it on the road down and there were only five pieces. dear zaxby’s, but never go to this place again, they don’t waste their time there are many other places near this, this was only the first meal my six-year-old son wanted to leave the sick house. very disappointed

I really need for the managers to put friendly, willing to provide excellent customer service teammates in the drive thru window. My family and I disliked working with Jasmine. Very unprofessional. Did not speak. We ordered zax sauce but noticed in our bag that we never received any then she tells us “oh, we’re out.” And then perceives to just stare at us…so very weird! How about “ Hello, sorry we’re out of zax sauce. Would you like another sauce instead?” Seriously! Need to go through some customer service etiquette training before serving “Customers” also I deleted the photo. Shouldn’t have..as I sipped some of my husband tea a plastic film came out of the straw. I need for you all to be a little more careful about what goes in customers food and cups.
