Wendy's - Savannah

Update: morning crew has been fixed! rude lady is gone! some new pages, some of the old crew still around, and tomorrow's layer seems to be the gold standard of the opposite. many thanks for all you do!

Had the worst experience ever at this Wendy’s on Makl Blvd. To say the least I rather go to a ghetto one than this one. The drinks I ordered weren’t good. They neeed to change the filters in the machine. Also it’s supposed to be guaranteed hot fries cold fries. They were lazy and didn’t want to make new fries. Also my kids meal chicken nugget meal wasn’t fresh. My spicy chicken was hard and not fresh. Also when I called up there they just let the phone ring. Helllo this is a business answer the phone. Lease don’t come here. It was beyond the worst experience ever . I rather go in the hood.

As usual the food was hot, tasty, and delicious when I received my order. If you have coupons please use them they provide more dining for your money.

The wait is too long, more than 30 minutes and when you go to order it says to wait a moment, and waiting for the food another while. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

This is the worst Wendy’s in Savannah, Pooler and Richmond Hill. The customer service at drive-though was rude. My order was wrong and we received cold fries. Please do not waist your time and money. They need to hire a new staff or teach the old ones some common courtesy. When you are courteous, people have a good impression of you and your business.
