Papa Johns Pizza - Savannah

Whenever I order from this restaurant, there always seems to be an issue. Last time, they couldn't locate my address in their system, even though I can see the back door from where I live. This time, my order took an hour to arrive. I've been trying to give them another chance, but I don't think I will anymore.

I have ordered from this restaurant three times in the past three weeks and each time my order has been messed up. The pizza dough was raw and inedible. Today, on 7/1/22, I ordered the Spicy Italian Trio and they forgot to put bell peppers and banana peppers on it. Additionally, they used the wrong sauce, as it should have only had regular tomato sauce but instead had white sauce. The workers seem incapable and careless, showing a lack of concern. This has been my experience all three times I have ordered from there.

The delivery service was excellent and fast! However, the pizza was disappointing. The cheese was cold and stiff, lacking the extra cheese we ordered. The cheese in the crust was not melted properly, and the overall amount of cheese on the pizza was minimal. We paid $20 for this subpar pizza. We had a terrible experience and I will be avoiding this restaurant in the future, even if it means ordering from Domino's or Little Caesars instead. Once again, they failed in every aspect.

Son malas personas . they are bad people there, no one wants to work there, they make fun of the customer, they think that because they have the name of papa jhon, they can treat the customer badly, I have three hours waiting for my pizza, the girl is simply upset that she asked what happened. No one does everything nobody does.

We decided to order Papa John's last night for dinner and the food only took about 30 mins or so to get to us. Food was good and hot but I had two issues. I ordered extra garlic sauce and didn't get it and then ordered a 16 piece wing and didn't get all 16 pieces.. its the principle of the matter to me.. yall wanna charge 50 something for my order and extra for the sauce.. I want what I paid for. Period!
