Mexicali Fresh Mex Grill - Savannah

The best Mexican restaurant in Savannah! It's always clean, and the food is incredible. The waitstaff are friendly and welcoming.

The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was cozy, and the place was very clean. It’s a fantastic spot for lunch.

The menu offered a great selection, and the temperature was just right. The staff was efficient, and the food was enjoyable. However, I do have one complaint: the restaurant is located in a new, nondescript building with a high ceiling, which made it quite noisy. There was a large and very loud group dining during my visit. If the ceiling had been treated with an effective acoustic product, it would have helped absorb the noise significantly.

UPDATE: Not sure what's going on lately. Second time this week I had to ask for chips and salsa and hostess appears annoyed that I asked. Waitress didn't care. ???? Ate 3 bites. Waitress not a care in the world. We just paid and left...simply top 5 worst service and food there lately. Highly disappointed

Stop by on a local suggestion, and ,Mexicali Fresh does not disappoint! Do try the Table Side Guacamole, and the Carnitas Tacos are tender and super delicious too!?
