Mcdonald's - Savannah

I placed an order on the mobile app and decided to do board pickup because the drive thru looked busy. It took more than 8 minutes for my food, and the manager who delivered the food started yelling at me before she even got into my car. I see everyone in the weather doesn't care. I wasn't sure what she said so I asked her to repeat it and she did it. I was quite surprised at her attitude. The weather will be mostly cloudy. I saw in my pocket and noticed that there was no input to leave feedback. I asked her for one and she refused to give me that. So I told her I'd just call the manager by email and she said she should go on. Apparently, she doesn't care because she's a manager that was confirmed by a male employee when I went inside to ask to talk to the manager. I've had bad experiences with McDonalds, but that's by far the most insulting in my opinion. For a manager to call a customer for the use of the services McDonald's offers is ridiculous. I'll go out my way to never visit this place again.

I ordered two chicken burgers on the trip thru when I get my order I bite into the chicken sandwich it was still cooking, but still raw in the middle, I return to complain about my order and the manager in service with excellent service, waiting for two of the staff prepared food for me and others in the drive thru with their mask half down their face, but as to the layer manager they had not waited for me. I usually have no complaints when I stop by this location. The only thing is the last couple of times I stopped here the tea was sour. On one visit the tea in the dining room was sour, so I had the cashier get me a cup from the drive thru. The tea from there was sour too. Other than that, I'm good!

I eat at mcdonald's seven days a week they love coffee

You have the worst settings in this place. The female manager who took my order and made my ice cream coffee today, 1/20/21 at about 1:20 pm had the worst attitude. I dropped my coffee and she said that all our work is so hard, we have enough work to do. I asked who I am? And she said: Yes! I told her if she had mixed my ice cream coffee, I wouldn't have to remove the lid and mix it myself.
