Every time, and I mean every, they don?t start your order until well after you arrive, never call you as they claim to see if you?re coming, and alwaysscrew up the order. You are guaranteed an hour wait on something you ordered possibly days in advance.
This location has great customer service and a short wait time. The drive thru runs smoothly and the inside is clean. The staff are eager to assist and happy to be there. I?ve not had any issues with this Chick-fil-A. One of the better fast food places inthe area.
Had the worst experience tonight. From joining the drive-thru line to getting my order tonight took 68 minutes. My wife was about to leave her evening class and it was dark. But I had 35 minutes spare and I expected this to be a fast service from afast-food restaurant. At one point no car moved for 10-15 minutes. I was seriously upset when I got to the food window, and wasmet with ?we cant do anything we are understaffed?, a quasi-apology and a smirk. First, if you can?t find staff, you are likelynot paying enough, it?s basic economic theory. Secondly, if you don?t have enough staff to handle the orders, then you shouldSTOP TAKING ORDERS. And not let people wait in line for over an hour.
I came through drive through order to grilled chicken salads with hot grilled nuggets, balsamic vinegar and ranch. I paid for two extra avocado ranch. Along with a kids 8 count. I got one grilled chicken salad and one fried. I don't eat fried chicken andI never got my two extra avocado ranch. I am very disappointed please stop rushing the orders. Once I return to work I can'tcome back.
I?ve ordered chic fil a twice in today 10/04/2022 and my fries were cold both times. Do better, I?ve called trying to contact them NO ANSWER!! Fries literally cold as ice and stale!!
