Manager James was very cordial and helpful with making our reservation for 20 people. His customer service was awesome compared to the other two sister restaurants who were less than helpful due to their negative attitudes.

It really depends when your going. Who is your server are you going to eat inside or pick it up. All these factors should not play a part in employees giving good customer service.

Ordering out is expensive and a splurge for me. If it not right it's a big disappointment. My onion rings were undercooked and they forgot my sauces. Check your to go orders. Flounder sandwich was very fishy.

Good basic food at a reasonable price. I had the cheeseburger and fries. So much better than fast food.
