Przekaż informację zwrotnąToday I stopped by, ordered, pulled up to the window and was told it would be 9.21 for an Italian Bmt on white all from a subway that has never gotten a single order correct in the past 5 years I have gone to this location. I would not go there, but my Italian bmt is my go to for a quick sandwich at the different location by my office 2 miles away (though mysteriously it costs $3.00 less there). I asked the woman working at the windoow and she immediately and really rudely replied to me I 've been here 3 years, I think I would know . Really? Well that is the crappy attitude that this location has the reputation for in savage they are known for overly rude service, perpetual mistakes on your order and bad quality food that borders on the level of being a culinary abortion. (Pro tip, NEVER get the meatball sub from this location). The owner and management obviously do not care for allowing this location to be so bad. It is very disappointing.
My boyfriend and I came in today, March 1st, at about 5pm and ordered 2 subs. Total came out to 24 something. I only had a $10 bill and a $100 bill. They said they could not break the $100, so we had to leave WITHOUT OUR FOOD. I get it, you may not have enough change in your till, but YOU ARE A BUSINESS AND SHOULD HAVE MONEY IN A SAFE ELSEWHERE. No type of money should be turned away. Money is money.
I've always liked Subway, so easy to get just what you want on your sandwich. Letly, I've really been liking their tomato wrap.
Nice and clean subway. Employees are knowledgeable and extremely quick. All food has always been fresh.
I decided to close the app, thinking I hadn't completed the order. This morning, I checked my credit card statement and discovered that I had been charged, which was quite strange since I thought I hadn’t finalized anything. Later in the day, I went to the Subway store to inquire about it. They informed me that because I hadn’t picked up the order, they had discarded it, but they refunded my money—$9.33. What worries me is that the app processed the order, yet the store threw the sandwich away. I think Subway should improve their app to ensure that customers are notified when their order is waiting for pickup, especially in situations like this.
