Flavor At The Depot - Savage

This little quaint place was what I neededin my life. I feel relaxed, the jazz is awesome and the Pho. Best in Minnesota that I have ever had. Thank you Helen.

Today at 5:30 PM, we dropped by and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The genmaicha tea, chicken egg rolls, pho, and Helen's noodle dish were all fantastic. We wrapped up our meal with the sticky rice dessert. I hope I'm remembering everything correctly, as I'm still feeling full! We definitely plan to return.

The baked goods, especially the muffins, are a delightful treat. The spring rolls are incredibly fresh and flavorful—they don’t even need the peanut sauce. As for the beef Pho, it's delicious! I prefer it with just sliced beef instead of the added tendon, but the flavor is outstanding. The owners are exceptionally kind and always seem so happy, which adds to the experience. Since it’s conveniently located on my way home, I hope they’ll start to recognize me! I can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu. Thank you!

OLD REVIEW: This was by far the best food I had in Burnsville. Everything on the menu was excellent—high quality and reasonably priced. I’m surprised there isn’t always a line to get in, but I’m fine with that. The Kelly burger (a mushroom-based option) is unbelievably good, as are the other meat burgers. The atmosphere is small, cozy, and well-decorated, making it an overall fantastic place. Don’t miss out!

Unfortunately, the food was quite bland for Thai cuisine—there was no spiciness or heat at all. Additionally, the temperature of the dishes varied between portions, giving the impression that they had been microwaved.
