Naskira - SAUZE D'OULX

Une belle auberge sur le bord de la piste à quelques mètres de la très agréable station de sauzes ivres, reliée au domaine de la via lactea, cadre confortable et chaleureux, un accueil chaleureux mais quel que soit le lieu où il est Chaleureux... Une jolie carte, des plats d'un excellent niveau, rien à critiquer... juste un maître d'hôtel désillusionné et carrément ailleurs qui évite votre look.

Fantastico e ricercatissimo. Siamo stati coccolati con un aperitivo molecolare e un welcome a base di cacao, lo chef lo utilizza per aumentare il gusto dei sapori. Un alchimista che utilizza prodotti di alto livello. Davvero unico è il cervo con il gelato di arachidi e la MITO una costata di vitello impanata con nocciole. Il mio compagno ha scelto i tagliolini al cinghiale ed essendo un ristoratore ha veramente apprezzato. Le ragazze in sala sono molto educate e preparate per la presentazione dei piatti e la storia dello chef, che è anche un maestro cioccolatiere. Da provare i suoi dolci e soprattutto il suo cioccolato

Fantastic place to eat right on the slopes ! We have been picked up by snow scooter for the last kilometer. Good food, good service, good place!

I have been skiing in the Via Lattea almost every year for the last fifteen years and this is by far the worst place we have ever eaten. We ordered from a very simple lunchtime menu on the terrace outside and had to wait 25 minutes for a hot dog and very old dry reheated pizza slice. We had also ordered fries but they had run out and neglected to tell us so after repeatedly pushing them they finally put some more on to cook while refusing to give us our money back when we requested it rather than facing another long wait. When they arrived they were very greasy and it was a (mercifully) tiny portion. If you want to spend a significant portion of your skiing day sitting listening to REALLY loud pop rap while luxuriating in the complete lack of view whilst waiting for expensive and poor quality food then this is the place for you. Otherwise just ski past and go to one of the other eateries on the same slope just after this one which are much better – or just head to sportinia instead for more choice. Just remember – Avoid the restaurant with the Bear outside !!

This is the worst place we ate during our trip! The food was average st best(all 8 meals), and the service was dreadful. The waiters are rude and unhelpful. They charged a 40 euro service charge, which I questioned as it was so bad, but they would not waiver. I strongly advise anyone NOT to eat here.
