La Capannina - SAUZE D'OULX

This was without doubt the worst ski meal I’ve had. Made worse by the fact it was 5 star prices. Compared with Ciao Pais we went to yesterday this was the same price. But ciao pais was incredible. A different level. I presume it’s end of season and the chef has left. Pasta was a big glob of a sticky mess. The beef was supermarket bought. Service was slow. Menu was written on a live of paper that only the waitress had. Poor. The food we sent back they tried to reassure us was coming when we paid the bill some 30 mins later. In the end we went back to Orso Bianca across the way for pudding and coffee. Note the photo is not what it currently looks like.

Home made lasagna, soup, pasta… a predictable offer but honest quality makes the difference. Add the reasonable prices and the service with a smile and you will come back here

We are currently staying at Le Cappaninia and are very impressed by the warm welcome by all the staff. They genuinely want to do all the can to ensure we have a wonderful stay. The accommodation is not lavish but very comfortable, plenty of hot water, good and warm and most importantly right on the slopes. I would recommend this lovely little hotel to anyone. Barbara’s staff are amazing Thank you so much

Very kind, eaten very well. Great cake made especially for my husband's birthday. perfect location. We'll definitely come back.
