Thai Tanic Streetfood - Sausalito

The owner is very nice, but the way the food is being served in these compartmentalized steel plates is very outdated and inconvenient , as everything spills all over in to other sections of the plate. And it’s just a sloppy presentation. And good luck trying to share the dishes on these steel plates with a companion. I asked the owner to change this and bring the dishes in separate bowls, and got no response . Also make sure when you asked for a pumpkin curry, and some tutu they don’t overwhelm the dish with tofu. It’s a $22 dish, so not cheap when they exclude most of the pumpkins. The owner finally acknowledged this and brought 3 more pieces of pumpkin. And then there was rush to close up without telling us before we sat down, and Honestly it was one of the most stressful dining experiences I have had in a long time. I am a longtime local resident and will never be going back unless there are some drastic changes .

Ordered roti with yellow rice!!! well it was half of a kawan paratha with 6 oz of yellow curry for $14.00 no vegetables, nothing ELSE! then we ordered coconut soup!! it came with Salad in it!! didn't know coconut soup comes with salad in it! then comes red curry: ordered red curry with brown rice , but they wanted me to have extremely sweetened curry with white rice and no gravey but with huge cut of cucumber, carrots and eggplants and beans

The best Thai we’ve had in a long time. Everything was delicious and we tried quite a few things. Green Curry, Tom Yum soup , Pad Gra-Prow (basil) chicken, and their salad with green dressing. Very few places make the entire family happy but this is certainly one of them. Service was also very friendly and quick. Small space but outdoor seating available on a pretty day.

Great service and delicious Thai food. The sweet and sour tofu dish I had was mouthwateringly good. Son enjoyed a vegan dish, and chicken satay rounded out the meal. Fast service on a busy day in Sausalito! And out of the wind for a respite!Food: 5/5

We were looking for a place to eat in beautiful Sausalito and of course a ton of places near where we parked were packed, we walked a bit further to find this gem!!! Beautiful little restaurant. We were greeted immediately. I ordered a Thai tea and it was rich and delicious! We got some egg rolls and those came out very hot and crispy!! My husband got the Thai grilled steak and WOW flavor bomb!!! It came with sticky rice and some dipping sauces, absolutely delicious! The steak was so tender and flavorful. I got the Nam Kao Tod, I haven't seen this dish before at other Thai restaurants and now I'm going to be SEARCHING for it where I live because this was so good!! It comes with minced chicken classic Thai flavors with cilantro, lime and mint, along with ginger and lemongrass. The crispy rice was an excellent touch added a lovely crunchy element. I also happen to love crunchy rice so this was my dream. I will be dreaming of this dish until I get it again. They are a bit on the pricey side from what I'm used to BUT money well spent. I left completely satisfied. The service was great, food came out quick and the flavor is unmatched!
