It was too hot in the restaurant. Food was great, service was excellent. Except they couldn’t turn down the fire place.

Wait staff were lovely and did their best. Food was not great. Over priced for sure. Food was also really plain.

Although staff was friendly and restaurant had great ambiance, service was extremely slow our main course was served 2 hours after we sat down to a fixed menu meal). Kitchen clearly could not keep up. One of our mains was materially under-cooked and others came out lukewarm. The restaurant wasn't prepared or set up for the event offered to the public. Extremely disappointing for a highly priced $200 per) holiday meal. I don't like posting negative reviews try to be positive for the staff), but the restaurant failed. Perhaps on a non-event night the dinner would be better?

We had been looking for a fine dining experience, but the service was rushed and careless. The food was well presented, but not well made or especially flavorful. The duck was inedibly chewy, the bisque was gloppy and thick. The marble tabletops were stained and looked shabby. I have eaten here before, and it was a wonderful experience, but it looks like the staff has turned over. Super-disappointed.
