Ruby Tuesday - Saundersfoot

Placed an online order, called the phone number listed on the parking lot sign to inform them we had arrived for pick up, was told they would bring food out when ready. After waiting 10 minutes my husband walked inside to find the take out guy standing around talking while our food sat on the counter. The food was so bad we couldn't eat it. The hamburger bun was bigger than the hamburger patty which was barley as big as a pickle. The burnt ends tasted like spam and as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for days. Horrible service and food!

Terrible food, it upset my stomach, the salad bar with the product was hot and spoiled. Coleslaw very bad. The only good thing was the waiter service.

The quality of food is not what it used to be. The sampler was a little disappointing. Service was good.

Service was good we had 2 dogs and they really cared for them. We didn't even sit down and they already had water for the dogs

Update: sent email w info requested below for restaurant to make it right . No reply for 2 wks now asking for pictures of my food??? Clearly they don 't wanna make it right too bad. Don 't waste your time. Very very pathetic presentation and management. CLEARLY! MAY 17 REVIEW: I could have cooked better in my own kitchen because the food is terrible. I got two for $25 such very little portion of chicken, mashed potatoes disgusting and broccoli liked like child portion over cooked. And the $2 Margaritas super small! Not what it 's cracked up to be on the commercials. Oh and the hamburger way overcooked I asked for medium was very hard to chew couldn 't eat most of it. Fries undercooked. I won 't go back.
