Burrito Works Taco Shop In St. August

The quality of food is below average, just alot of hype and they are open late. I just had a steak burrito, the luxury lol, and with every bite I had to pick out pieces of gristle, there was more stuff I couldn't chew through than there was meat! What kind of quality is that? The last time I was there I got shrimp tacos, and each taco had 3 pieces of shrimp and speks of cilantro. No lettuce, no salsa, nothing else! I actually returned to the store the next day and asked for explanation, and the guy who said he was a manager argued with me, tried to convince me that that's how they are made! Absolute garbage! He refused to give me my money back even though i brought the tacos back with the receipt, so I demanded they make me a shrimp burrito instead, he kept refusing lol, didn't think they had to rectify their mistake, but eventually he conceded. This so- called manager, whoever he was, actually argued and got defensive...... what kind of manager is that? This place.... I don't really care to come there unless I got nothing else, but after today, I'm done with them, and I won't miss out on much.

Super friendly staff and such a chill vibe. Food is delicious. UFO and Birria tacos were amazing!!

This was just an ok food experience. We saw they were packed one night and came back to try it. It's a one and fine for us.

Line was long and it was slow. Food was a bit expensive for what you got and the worker there was scolding people for leaning on the glass. It was also quite a long walk from the parking lot. But for a place that was open until 2am, it still beats McDonalds
