Maupassant - Saumur

We have been holidaying in Saumur for years and visit this place at least four times every holiday. The couple who own it are lovely. The food is excellent, we have never had a bad meal. Everything is cooked fresh, well presented and is cooked to perfection. Can't recommend highly enough.

This brassiere had incredibly large portions. We went there because we didn't want a large meal. What a surprise we had!!! I had a wurst dish with 3 varieties of wurst and a mountain of kraut. The others in our small group had a veal dish smothered in a sauce with mushrooms. The menu features dishes of various European countries.

We ate very good salads. Salad with seafood and another one with salmon and avocado: both very tasty and very good prepared. The lady who is serving is professional and taking care of the guests.

Si vous êtes de passage à Saumur et que vous souhaitez manger pour un bon prix, c'est au Maupassant qu'il faut aller.L'accueil est très bon, le service très bien et le repas très convenable ! Le cadre est aussi très agréable !Le rapport qualité prix est là ! Bon appetit ! :)

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour la pause déjeuner sur la route des vacances et avons été agréablement surpris.Bien pour une brasserie, je suis un adepte de andouillette et je me suis régalé.Pas hésiter à d'arrêter
