I was impressed by the server's meticulous attention to detail. She took the time to wash her hands, put on fresh gloves, and even inquired if I preferred meat from the back to prevent any cross-contamination issues. In addition, she made sure to offer me a gluten-free bun.

The sub was excellent! The staff asked about allergies, changed gloves, and made sure to avoid contact with the counter to prevent any potential cross contamination.

The staff replaced their gloves and disinfected the counter.

The restaurant offers gluten-free six-inch subs where customers can choose their own meats and toppings. The staff readily changed gloves when asked and used double parchment paper to toast the sandwich. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a small additional charge of one dollar for gluten-free bread, but it is worth it.

I have bought the same breakfast sandwich from 4 different local locations over 1 year and they have all caused stomach distress. I do not suffer from stomach distress regularly. Subs bought throughout the day offer no problem. I think there may be a problem with food left overnight?
