Reggie's West - Sault Ste. Marie

Specials are very popular here...such as wing nites and half priced burgers days. Atmosphere is nice since new ownership and it is convenient place for a beverage and a pub food menu. So I would say it is a definite repeat visit

Old school atmosphere, some regulars are part of the furniture.... But this place has good eats and great service! It's been around for decades and there is good reason for that :-)

Reggie's has excellent fish and chips with coleslaw on Fridays. My wife likes the whitefish but I really enjoy the lake trout. They usually have matinee entertainment from 4 to 8 PM. Well worth going even just for the food.

We tried out Reggie's for a lark, the wings were big and juicy and we enjoyed it more than we thought we would. No issues with the place, we felt as though we were well treated and the service was prompt.

I went with a friend for the wings. We were splitting a pitcher of beer and had both ordered 10 wings, since it was wing night. The wings were delicious, no problems with the food at all. However, we each asked for a glass of water and were told we would have to pay. Our server informed us that since "Reggie" doesn't make money on wing night, he can't give us water for free. We were sitting on the patio in 35 degree weather, drinking a pitcher of beer and eating his food. I guess that's not enough to have a right to a glass of water. I'm not certain but I would not be surprised if denying free water to paying customers who are drinking alcohol is illegal. May possibly be back for the wings, but will definitely bring my own water.
