Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

I wish this restaurant was open during the Covid-19 pandemic. I could really go for an extra-large dark roast coffee right now. Haha!

This place is perfect for those who want to quickly make their own hot drinks. I highly recommend it for Tim Horton's fans who are particular about their beverages.

I decided to contact their office, but unfortunately, I received no response and no compensation was offered. As a result, I have significantly reduced my visits to Tim Hortons. I can get my money back and more by avoiding the place altogether. McDonald's coffee is just as good, much cheaper, and conveniently located just two buildings over. Guess where I'll be going now? I used to visit Tim Hortons about once a week, but now maybe only about four times a year.

My wife saw an advertisement for a pumpkin spice latte about a year ago, so I decided to surprise her with one on the way home one day. I paid a high price for 2 medium lattes, but decided to treat ourselves. When we got home, we discovered that the foam had settled in both cups, leaving them only one third full with almost nothing in them. I called the Tim Hortons where I purchased the lattes and explained the situation. They informed me that the machines are automatically set up and that sometimes there may be slight settling of the foam. Despite my complaint about the almost empty cups, they did not seem to care and did not offer any compensation. Disappointed, I decided to contact the head office, but received a similarly indifferent response with no compensation offered. As a result, I have significantly reduced my visits to Tim Hortons. I have found that McDonald's coffee is just as good, if not better, and much more affordable. It is conveniently located just two buildings over, so I now choose to go there instead. I used to frequent Tim Hortons once a week or more, but now only go about four times a year.

This restaurant is a great place to relax during breaks between sessions.
