The muffins and hot chocolate were very good. but croissant might have been better. except that everything was good and well maintained

Fast service inside. All of my orders were perfect. Bagel had bitter cream cheese as i requested.

Waiting 20 minutes for a bagel and creamcheese, was very busy and people were all bunched up waiting.

The manager working on Sunday morning oct 17 is buy far the worst person representing Tim hortons asked for a pumpkin spice latte with 2 milk 2 sugar the lady began to tell me I don’t need milk in it because it’s made with milk so she was just going to add sugar I said I would like the milk to cool it down a bit she began arguing with me about what was to go in my drink I have never been disrespected like that there befor.I’m paying for it just make what the person asked for without disrespecting them please look at the staffing of you asstblishment I have been going to this timmies for like 5years and have never been questions or told what I should put in my drink I’m paying for

Worst services,....asked for cheese tea biscuit nor for cheese bagels. Ordered two cheese melt they gave us one which is just cheese between bread not even properly melted. Guys u have to work on your workers.
