Very chinsy on toppings and sauce. Price always varies for the same sub I get. This last time I couldn't get hot peppers on the side and they threw out a half of a 6inch on me when I took my footlong back for more sauce. Also argued with me that I didn't need more. I have a problem or my sub being made wrong every time I go to this location. I spend at least $15 everytime I go and I go at least once a week sometimes more because it's closest but I'll be changing locations.
Workers spoke in another language in front of me. They asked to repeat my order 3 times, including all of my toppings. Gave me less meat than the standard. All veggies looked like they were left from the night before (just hoping the meats were not the same). Two out of the three workers didn’t do anything but stare (maybe they were training). Regardless, this place is the lowest standard I have ever experienced for a subway… I do not know what the franchise was thinking partnering with these owners.
Such a bad customer service by manager itself. I wanted it to be grilled and the other person working beside him cooperate better than her manager. I have prior experience in subway too. I used to made my sandwich by myself with the same amount of toppings and grilled way to better. It's just you required professional skills for customer service and to grilled sandwich with more toppings as per customer's choice rather than saying choose less in serious rude manner.
Officially dead. Avoid this one unless you just want something quick and don’t care. Going here for years and suddenly debit machine asks to leave a tip? 1 star cause I can't give 0.
