Domino's Pizza - Saukville

I was actually turned away and told "goodnight" because I didn't order online. Apparently, you can't just walk in and place an order anymore?! I've decided that I will never order from Domino's again!

I want to start by saying that we've had great service from Saukville Domino's in the past. However, our most recent experience, and likely our last order from them, was disappointing. We always use the Tracker to get ready for delivery at the door, and previously, our pizzas arrived hot and promptly. Unfortunately, during my last order, it took the delivery person 33 minutes to get from the store to my home, which is only about 4-6 minutes away. When the delivery finally arrived, the pizza was cold, and the taste was off—something I can't quite describe, but it just didn’t seem right. Additionally, there was hardly any cheese on the pizza, if any at all. I was really let down that we spent money on this order only to receive something that was, frankly, not good at all. I suggest saving your money and choosing a small local pizza place instead!

I would rate the store and the ordering process around 3.5 stars. The food is really good when it's prepared well, but the quality can be quite inconsistent, which is why I'm rating it a bit higher than 3 stars. I typically tip around $8 to $10. The delivery drivers are good and there's never any issues with that, but sometimes the pizza has a quality that reminds me of Chuck E. Cheese, and that's what turns me off from Domino's.

Service was ok. There was a park bench outside so we could wait for our order as we didn't call ahead. Food was good.

Talk about fast it was amazing! Pizza is hot and good and I had friendly service. 100% happy with this domino's pizza!
