Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe ordered our food, and it got delivered to the wrong house. When it eventually did show up (god knows how much later), they didn't ring the doorbell or knock, and just set the pizza out in the cold.
When I called in my order, the employee didn't inform me of the wait time. When I arrived for pickup, it was chaos inside with yelling and customers upset and waiting. I witnessed a pizza come out of the oven and go right on the floor!!! The quality of the pizza was bad. Not worth what they are charging. I had to wait over an hour after placing my order. Unacceptable.
Went in not too long ago and ordered my usual. They must have fired or made all their good employees quit because before that, they were awesome and fast. When I went in this time however, I waited 2 hrs for my food. On top of that, it said on the timing that it would be ready in 15 mins. Waited in store for 40. The environment was hostile, with the assumed to be manager yelling at the guy up front to pick up a phone and then put the other one on hold while he’s calling. He seemed brand new but also still had a very bad attitude towards customers on the phone. It was hard to watch as they kept getting phone call after phone call. I used to get free pizza whenever they were 5 mins late or for things that I didn’t even think were bad. I got NOTHING from this bad experience. Hire people, and hire a manager that can talk to her employees with respect.
If you hope to eat tonight, do not order from here. They said the order would be ready in 45 minutes. Went to get it, they said 10 more minutes. Went back, they said 20 more minutes. It’s now 90 minutes and still no food. Pretty ridiculous…
I can't rate the food because it never came, 5 hours after I ordered. The Dominos app incorrectly reported the status of my order, the people at the store I spoke to when checking on my order, first said they had been running 2 hours behind all day (not what the app said), when it finally baked 2 hours later it was being checked for quality for the next 3 hours. When I called at the 4 houmark, they said they were waiting for a driver but when I again called 45 minutes later, they didn't have my order, and I could either reorder and wait my turn again ir cancel. I chose to cancel with a minimum of choice words.no apology, but hey have a good day, click. then finally the app caught up and said my order had been canceled and I have to wait 24-48 hours for my refund. Bye bye Dominos.
