Subway - Saugus

They are really skimping on the meat. 6 Spicy italian only had two thin slices of salami and three of pepperoni. They block your view of the area where they put on the meat and cheese so you can't see what they are doing. Clearly trying to hide something. A quick google search shows it should be 5 slices of each for 6 inch.

I ordered spicy Italian. Great customer service by Julian. I would definitely go back.

They are not putting on the standard amount of ingredients, they hide the area where they make the sandwiches so you cant see it. They must be desperate to resort to shorting people what they pay for. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible customer service! the guy taking my order was not personable to begin with ! as he was finishing up my sandwich i went to grab a drink and heard him talk about me to his co worker and laugh. so pathetic. the subway i usually go to has a great service . clearly these people know nothing about customer service . i will never return here and i hope this location goes out of business

This place has new owners and now they take coupons ..great!!! I’ll be going back more now.
