Dunkin' - Saugus

Pretty busy location. No drive through so the line can be a little long at times. Friendly service each time I go in. Only real flaw would be the location, parking lot is small and is on busy street.

What are the odds, two vehicles in the same drive through, the same date, with the same name Lol I'm still laughing days later. So I don't blame you all for the confusion on the order ahead drive through order mess up lol too funny!

This dunkin is usually on point, but the past couple of times I have been here they have fallen short. I had ordered an iced coffee and a donut via mobile app. When I had arrived there was no one in there, but one employee was caught up in conversation with a friend. I waited 10 minutes to get my stuff. When I had received my coffee there was no sugar in it, even though there was supposed to be. I had brought my coffee back to tell them there wasn't any in there and they took it back to put some sugar in my coffee. When I got it back, there was barely any sugar in it at all. I think I'll reconsider coming back to this location in the future.
