Despite the front door being open, the lights were off and there was only one person working on a computer system issue. Unfortunately, this individual did not have any information about the restaurant's status. It was extremely frustrating to have driven 30 minutes to book a table and discover that they were closed. I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.
