Guardian Brewing Company - Saugatuck

Off the beaten path brewery option with very light and airy feel, great choices in decor and music. There are lights at each table to indicate when you need service which is awesome because you are helped right away when you need it. The beer is good with plenty of varieties, and the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend checking it out if in the area.

Very pleased with the diversity of beer. The cream ales were on point. Highly recommend making the drive out. They offer a completely different take than the other good breweries in the area.

I so wanted this place to be 5 star… but alas. I walk in, took at least 10 minutes for anyone to notice a order to seat me. The place was NOT busy. Maybe 6 people at the bar and 2 tables inside, 4 tables outside. Finally got seated outside for bingo. Bingo callers do not explain well and call sometimes too fast, sometimes can’t understand them. Ordered a beer, took 35 minutes to get 1st beer. There are 4 waiters outside!!! To get someone to notice I wanted to ordered food! Food took at least an hour! Truly aggravating and I wanted to love this brewery, support the sisters. No. I feel no need to return. Oh, the beer? It’s ok. I would have have sampled more but it took so long for the 1st beer, I had no patience for a second!!! Sad….

Fantastic food; the build your own quesadillas were Fantabulous!!! so many beers on tap. And all of them sounded, so I great had to get a flight.

We had the veggies with ranch and the tofu reuben both delicious, but that vegan ranch is phenomenal. Very satisfying meal and so appreciative of the vegan options! Plus the staff are great and the atmosphere is fun. You can take dogs on the outside patio!
