I had been a customer for 4 years, but yesterday I visited your location and I had a very bad experience with the staff and the owners. The waiter yelled at us for a thermos of water that we had with a medical preparation. The reason was explained to him and he told us that if the thermos was used while we were there, the of the drink would be charged (which seems extremely ridiculous to me, since we did not bring soda, juice, coffee or any other drink that we had bought outside. so as not to consume inside the premises). When he told us this, he was told to bring us a drink for the person, we placed our order for food and drinks, until then we believed that everything was fine. What is our surprise that when we take the food, they bring it to us in a take-out box, in a bag and along with our ticket. We told the waiter that it was a mistake that we had ordered it to eat at the restaurant, to which he told us that since we had ignored removing the thermos from the table, we had to leave the place at that moment. I told the waiter that they were contradicting each other, since they had already ordered the drink for the person and they had brought it to the table, so what was the problem? And they told us that it was the owners who had given the indication, for this the boy was quite upset, he was practically snapping his finger at us to get up from the table and leave. After that, I spoke with the owner to try to mediate the situation and simply be able to eat our food in peace and the only thing she could tell me was: We are sorry for the inconvenience, but rules are rules. At no time did we want to break their rules, since both drinks and food were consumed inside the premises. It seems incredible to me that they cannot have a little reasoning and, above all, empathy with a person who is taking medication, for simply feeling that they are going to lose money for a simple drink, WHEN THE DRINK HAD ALREADY BEEN ORDERED. AND THE THING IN THE THERMOS WAS A MEDICINE. They will understand that being customers for years and being treated badly, yelled at and made to feel like you were stealing from them, leaves a lot to be said for both the owners of that place and the staff themselves. Since they applauded at all times the way the waiter treated us. Their food may be delicious, but if you don't know how to treat your customers well, there is no point in having good food. It's good that you applaud the verbal violence towards your clients, I hope it has been of benefit and satisfaction to have us leave the place.
