We hadn't been back to this pinseria for 9 months, due to an equally unpleasant episode, but we decided to give it a second chance. We arrived at 8.15pm, not a peak time judging by the people who were seated. After ordering two takeaways, we waited 40 minutes during which 3 home deliveries were made and 2 people who arrived after us were served. We therefore asked if there had been any problem with our order. The problem was that they actually forgot to forward it to the kitchen, so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our pinse. We were offered two cans of Coca Cola for the mistake and we appreciated the gesture, but considering the medium-high price of the pins, it is necessary that the service is up to par, so pay more attention when ordering. It can happen that we make mistakes, certainly, but after having wasted almost an hour of waiting, and more than once, ARoma will no longer be one of our choices...
