My Bernsteinsee - Sassenburg

Unfortunately, the hotel bar is only open from Wednesday. There is no refrigerator in the room. But everything is clean and tidy. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5.

Reszaurant visit. Very slow service, though only a few tables were occupied. We waited for our food for 65 minutes, the pink roasted duck breast had probably spent half the time keeping warm in the convectomat and correspondingly bad, because the taste was good. Annunciated sauce was missing, but fortunately I am neither sauce nor ciderfan. Service: 3

After we were able to rebook without any problems, the stay was a very nice and pleasant well-being time at the Bernsteinsee. The very courteous, friendly reception staff, could quickly fix our disappointment and has booked us a very nice modern hotel room for a small surcharge. We were more than satisfied and were able to fully enjoy our vacation days....

What a place. I put a two-day pit stop here with my dog and didn't need two minutes to feel comfortable. The welcome was warm, interested and absolutely inconsistent. My big dog didn't even provoke a sloping look somewhere, but it seemed very normal that he was there, whether in the restaurant or in the hotel hall. I found his presence in this resort almost stranger than all the people we met here. I hired my car and was there, which is mainly due to the grandiose environment and design of the area. Although it is large, it is not confusing or overwhelming. I also know installations where after three days one still has not the feeling of existence. If you want to have a break in a combination of nature and service, rest with style (applies naturally to the season), good food and nice people.... come here. This summer were housed in a bungalow in the natural forest. The offer was very good on the flyer of the Bernsteinsee. However, this is an ancient muffy garden shed with a bed for 2 people, which was too small. A tiny toilet and kitchenette were still available. However, the price per night is too high. There can also be no talk of a natural forest at 6 trees, this promise of advertising has not been redeemed. No, thanks. I'd rather go to the hotel.
