Good cheap food, and norm. The foods your standard vietnamese, when i went to nutana collegiate i would always come here for a noodle bowl special and a beer, one of the best bowls in town, but norm doesnt have customer service, hes quirky, and thats just a part of going there, also dont expect to go there to eat with anyone who doesnt plan to order, cuz he wont let them take up space, so weird, but tasty and cheap

What a guy. Norm, you really are one-of-a-kind. A warning to people who have never been to Norms.. please don 't be offended, and expect quirky off-beat service. The noodle bowls are awesome, also the curry norm. Most people get the 'special ' which is the same every day.. lol..

The noodle bowl special is the best in the City and the best I've had. If you don't know Norm he may take you off guard, he has a dry sense of humour and is witty as hell. He has ran the business for a long long time, those who know him love him and his customers are long time repeat customers. It is a rare occurrence that I am in Saskatoon and don't stop at least once for a noodle bowl with extra spring rolls. If I could eat on meal for the rest of my life, the noodle bowl special would probably be it.
