My daughter and I visited Wok Box in Stonebridge, Saskatoon yesterday. The experience was just okay. I ordered the Young Lemongrass with shrimp and noodles instead of rice. The bowl was priced at $11.99, with an additional $1.49 for shrimp and $1.00 for noodles. However, I was charged $15.17 instead of the correct total of $14.48. When I received my meal, it was missing the pineapple that was supposed to be included. I brought this to the attention of the staff, who initially claimed they did not include pineapple. After explaining that it was advertised as part of the dish, the cashier added about 1/2 cup of cold pineapple bites to my meal. The overall experience was frustrating as the meal did not match what I had ordered and paid for.
