Felt very welcomed there. Food was fresh and hot. Service with a smile and genuinely caring conversation.

We had a terrible experience. The service was almost none existent and the food wasn't worth the price.

We purchased pandera bread, but once we received it, it was dry and horrible and without sauce. However, we called and asked if there was anything they could do. They gave us two free boxes. Wonderful service, very appreciated!

Usually have very good experience here but this time was disappointed. I had ordered a pizza to go to take home, they gave me the wrong one and I should have checked it before leaving but I didn't so after getting home 2 hours later it was too late. I called to let them know and was told that the manager would give me a call which I never received. Definately disappointed. Spent $136, the food for supper was great just wrong pizza to go

My oh my what terrible customer service.We were told when we ordered deliver it would be 45 minutes to an hour . The food finally arrived an hour and 45 minutes later, and they forgot multiple items in our order. When my husband called to see where the food was before it got delivered, the hostess, or whom ever answer the phone swore on the phone because my husband didn’t have the name of the person who he placed the order with.Once we realized that multiple items were missing from our order, we called and they said it would be another half an hour for us to get those items which would put the wait time to two hours plus. Which I think is completely unacceptable so I called and the hostess or again whoever answered the phone. It was the same person who swore on the phone to my husband was very very dismissive of our situation and I had to give our address multiple times after having called multiple times in a row, giving the address the exact same amount of times.We eventually drove down there, returned our food and got our full refund, but awful awful awful customer service will never ever be ordering from them again because to me the idea of ordering delivery is not having to leave my house
