The welcome was warm (despite a small delay announced) and immediately you feel immersed in a family context with few formalities that put everyone at ease. Passing to the kitchen you can not but emphasize the goodness and quality of the tried meat, from tartare as an appetizer ( matched with really special flavors like burrata and pistachios) to cut to mushrooms and to the fillet in pistacchoo crust chosen as second dishes. An intense taste, a spectacular texture that bites after bite melts in the mouth. The bread is made in the house (really very good) and the wine as well...considering that the father of the chef Tyron has a cellar with excellent wines of the territory (and not) and is in the room ready to recommend the most indicated pairing. To conclude you can not miss the famous tiramisù, really a pleasure for the palate! It doesn't betray expectations and good reviews...! What to say then if not to go to try a dinner at the Gustavino waiting for the opening of the summer outdoor space that will offer even more satisfactions! Congratulations on the passion you put in the dishes, for the smiles that make you feel at home and for the flavors that come straight to the taste buds.
Beautiful place very charming furnished with care. Great food and friendly staff Parking: Parking nearby Service: Dine in Meal Type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40
We had dinner here for the Halloween, a surreal experience. We are greeted in pump magna by Chef, mom/mother and dad/sommelier. The room is undoubtedly suggestive and well-furnished in shabby style, Sdubbia a little the pretense of refinement when then the equipment is with paper napkins and the plastic underpit. A menu for two because they don't have enough. Whatever. We ask the father, who has professed sommelier for 30 years, two glasses of wine; he tentenna on the available bottles (i.e. he does not tell us if it is possible to have a wine in the glass) and in the end brings us a fiaschetta wine of the house that gives us in the middle of the table, without even the tasting of wine. We continue dinner with soup bread croutons and good dishes but not exaggerated in the portions. We would like to conclude dinner with a coffee that is never brought to us and the continuous proposal of two sweets (tiramisù and cheesecake) that unfortunately we can not take because intolerant to lactose. On the account we had to wait for the chef to finish cooking dishes for the other tables. The feeling is that of a place I would like but I can't, you want luxury but I don't know can reach it with this service. Relatively salty count but at least the dishes were good.
The family-run restaurant, is beautiful, refined and relaxing in its style of gustavian curated by the same owner Marzia, seems to enter a world of the eighteenth century, the food is treated in its presentation and very good, quality piece go handy. Cordiality and hospitality are the master. Really lovely evening to definitely come back.
Excellent proposals . Guest of my brother-in-law indicated by my nephew will certainly return
