The food is pretty fresh and made to order which I like, but Subway as a company likes to get rid of subs that you like (egg salad for instance) and when you don't eat meat, that leaves you with bread and cheese and whatever veggies you like and that can get boring pretty fast!
With so much emphasis on the amazing bread as per shown 12 times a day on the television, I thought id make my way to the nearest subway to treat myself to a delicious chicken something or another sub. Took a risk and got the honey oat bread, it was the worst experience of my life. It was rock hard, almost broke a tooth, gums probably were bleeding, going to the dentist on Tuesday. The sub was NOT toasted, this was NOT a toasted chicken something or another sub. Girl with pony tail knew she was cutting into possibly the hardest bun on earth. Other than that everything was great, will be returning.
Of all the subways in town, and there seems to be a ridiculous amount for a city this size, I would have to say this one is the best. Why they have a bit better service, a bit quicker service? I don't know but they do.The food is the same though as every other subway on the planet. For a while it's great but it gets boring really fast. The options for vegetarians are seriously limited and basically you end up with a foot long bucket of carbs!
I'm not sure if it's the owner's influence on their staff, or just that they lucked out with great staff, but the service at this Subway is top notch. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. No complaints.
I go to this location because the staff are friendly, fast and competent. Like all of the chains restaurants, the menu is fixed, but when ordering in larger quantity for my staff's meals, they go the extra mile by offering condiments on the side, and names on the wrappers.
